Thank you for entering our giveaway! 

Official Giveaway Rules: 

This giveaway is open only to legal residents of the contiguous United States (excluding Rhode Island, Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico) who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning. The giveaway is void where prohibited or restricted by law. 

All entries must be submitted by 11:59 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST) on June 24, 2025. Any entries received after this deadline will not be eligible. 

Eligibility Requirements:
To be eligible to enter the giveaway, individuals must complete all of the following steps: 

1. Like the official giveaway post on Instagram. 

2. Comment on the giveaway post. 

3. Follow all three Instagram accounts: @gothamgreens, @lalo, and @primarydotcom. 

Bonus Entry: Share the giveaway post to your Instagram Story for one (1) additional entry. (Note: Your Instagram account must be public at the time of the story share in order for the bonus entry to be counted.) 

Failure to complete all required steps will result in the disqualification of the entry. 

Prize Details: 

The winner will receive a prize package that includes products from Gotham Greens, Lalo, Hedley & Bennet, and Primary. The prizes will be shipped separately by each brand. The total Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of the prize is $739.00. The prize is non-transferable and may not be substituted or redeemed for cash. Gotham Greens reserves the right to substitute the prize with another of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable. 

One winner will receive one prize of at least fifty-two (52) Gotham Greens product coupons, each coupon representing a free Gotham Greens product having an approximate retail value of up to $10. Each winner is responsible for redeeming the coupons at a grocery store where Gotham Greens’ products are sold and prior to the coupon expiration date. 

  

Each prize will be mailed to winner’s mailing address, and the coupons will be valid for approximately 12 months after the date of mailing to the winners.  Each winner is responsible for redeeming the coupons at a grocery store prior to the coupon expiration date. 

 

Winner Selection: One (1) winner will be selected at random using a third-party random name generator tool from all eligible entries received by the deadline. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries. The winner will be notified within five (5) business days of the giveaway’s closing date. 

Winner Notification: The selected winner will be contacted only by the verified Gotham Greens Instagram account (@gothamgreens) or via the official Gotham Greens email address. We will never ask for payment, sensitive personal information, or provide suspicious links. Please do not engage with spam, impersonator, or unofficial accounts claiming to represent Gotham Greens.
