For our limited-edition collaboration with the Grateful Dead, we tapped David Lemieux, the band’s Archivist and Legacy Manager, to make a playlist worthy of a Dead Head dinner party—or just a fun time in the kitchen. We also got input from several Grateful Dead fans on the Gotham Greens team (unsurprisingly, there are quite a few!).
