Dips for Dads Giveaway: Rules & Regulations

Welcome to the Dips for Dads Giveaway! We’re thrilled to offer you the chance to win prizes from NY Shuk, JBL, Crow Canyon, and Gotham Greens. Please read the rules and regulations below to enter.  

 

 

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. MAKING A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.  The Sponsor of this Giveaway is Gotham Greens Farms LLC (the “Sponsor”), 315 3rd Avenue, First Floor, Brooklyn, NY 11215. 

 

 

Giveaway Prize 

1. NY Shuk The Best Sellers Gift Box with an approximate retail value of $99.00  
2. JBL Flip Waterproof Portable Speaker with an approximate value of $130  
3. Crow Canyon dip chiller with a total approximate retail value of up to $25
4. Bonilla a la Vista potato chip tin with an approximate value of $60  
5. Gotham Greens dips and merchandise with an approximate value of $150

 

Three (3) winners will be selected. Winners will receive the Giveaway Prize consisting of the NY Shuk gift box, JBL speaker, Crow Canyon dip chiller, Bonilla a la Vista chips, and Gotham Greens dips and hat at the contact information provided for at entry. Primary gift card and Gotham Greens coupons are not redeemable for cash and their respective terms and conditions apply.  

 

 

Eligibility  

1. Age Requirement: Participants must be 18 years or older to enter.  
2. Location: Open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, except for Rhode Island.  
3. Employees and Affiliates: Employees of NY Shuk, Crow Canyon, JBL, Bonilla a la Vista, and their respective parent companies, affiliates and subsidiaries, including their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household (“Released Parties”) are not eligible to enter or win.  Void in Rhode Island. All applicable federal, state and local laws apply. Eligibility is contingent on agreement to and compliance with these Official Rules.  Sponsor’s decisions are final and binding on all matters related to this Sweepstakes.  

 

 

How to Enter

2. Comment: Leave a comment on the giveaway Instagram post.  

 

 

You must complete these steps for your submission to be eligible as an entry into the Giveaway. 

1. Limit one (1) entry per household. Sponsor reserves the right to remove your submission from eligibility if you attempt to circumvent the Official Rules. You must be a registered Instagram account holder to enter and the submissions must be associated with an Instagram account.  An Instagram account registration and Giveaway entry is free.  

 

 

 

Giveaway Details  

1. Entry Period: The giveaway begins on 6/17 and ends at midnight on 6/20. Entries submitted after the end date will not be considered.  
2. Selection: Three (3) winners will be selected through a random drawing from all eligible entries.  
3. Notification: Winners will be contacted via Instagram Direct Message (DM). If a winner does not respond within seven (7) days, an alternate winner will be selected. Any prize that is unused by the expiration date will be forfeited and no compensation will be provided.  
4. Verification: Winner may be required to provide proof of eligibility. We will not request any credit card information or ask you to follow additional pages.  

 

 

 

General Conditions  

1. Odds of winning. The prize mentioned in the Giveaway is the only prize available. No transfer, substitution or cash redemption will be awarded in lieu of stated prize. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize (or portion thereof) of comparable or greater value, in its sole discretion. Odds of winning depend on number and timing of entries received in the Giveaway.  
2. General rules. Total approximate retail value of all prizes available to be won in this Giveaway is $465. Limit of one prize per person/family/household. Prize consists of only the items specifically listed as part of the prize. All prize details not specifically set forth herein will be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. All costs and expenses associated with the acceptance and use of a prize not specified herein including, but not limited to, all federal, state and local taxes, and other miscellaneous expenses are winner’s sole responsibility. No substitution or transfer of prize by winner permitted. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value at its sole discretion. Any prize that is unused by the expiration date will be forfeited and no compensation will be provided. Sponsor is not responsible for any cancellation, postponement or unavailability of any element or detail of a prize. Sponsor shall have no obligation to the winner aside from providing the remaining portion of the prize. Any difference between the stated estimated value of the Prize and its actual value will not be awarded. Winner agrees to accept the Prize “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied, by Sponsor.  
3. Release and indemnification. Entrants/winner agree to release, discharge and hold harmless Released Parties and their respective successors and assigns from and against any claim or cause of action or liability (including but not limited to, personal injury, death or damage to or loss of property) arising out of participation in the Giveaway or from the acceptance, use or misuse of the prize or any prize related-activity, or any claims based on publicity rights, defamation, invasion of privacy, copyright infringement, trademark infringement or any other intellectual property-related cause of action. Prize winner agrees and acknowledges that he/she/they will be solely responsible for any actions, claims or liabilities of their guest associated with any prize-related activity, including, without limitation, any actions, claims or liabilities related to a winner’s use of the prize. Prize winner shall bear all risk of loss or damage to the prize after it has been delivered/awarded. Acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for the Sponsor and its agencies to use winner’s name and/or likeness for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. All items reposted to any Sponsors socials will have credit back to the winner. 
4. Governing Law. Any disputes arising out of or related to the Sweepstakes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in New York , and participants consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts. 
5. Privacy. Entrant’s information will NOT be shared with third parties unless required by law.
6. Disclaimer of endorsement. This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Instagram. Instagram is completely released of all liability by each entrant in this Giveaway. Any questions, comments, or complaints regarding the Giveaway should be directed to Sponsor, not Instagram.
